• Assisted living placement: Consultation and referral services to help families identify appropriate independent living, assisted living, or memory care communities based on the individual's needs, preferences, and budget.
• Estate liquidation: Coordination and management of the liquidation of personal property from a senior's home, including organization, pricing guidance, and sale coordination.
• Home transition — direct offer: Facilitation of a direct offer on a client's home, allowing for a faster, as-is sale without the need for repairs, staging, or open market listing. Fresh Start Group acts as a consulting intermediary in this process and does not act as a licensed real estate agent or broker.
• Home transition — open market listing: Guidance and coordination to prepare a client's home for sale on the open market, including referrals to licensed real estate professionals, coordination of repairs or staging, and support throughout the listing and closing process. Fresh Start Group does not itself list, broker, or represent clients in real estate transactions; all licensed real estate activities are performed by independently licensed agents or brokers.

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate initial contact with Fresh Start Group. Use of the Site does not create a client relationship. A formal service relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

The availability, terms, and pricing of any specific service — including direct offer amounts — are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed by any content on this Site.
